Here we go...

Hello to anyone out there that may stumble upon this blog. My first attempt is becoming a full day's work! I'm not a blogger at heart, but I have loved reading others. My hope here is to find a place to display our lives in a very 'minimal way', but to also connect with others who share the same passions as we do.

I will start by saying our lives are very blessed and although at times we feel as if they are troubled or tired, we count our blessings each and every day. Although family and friends are very important to us, keeping our home happy, healthy and close is what matters most.

We are two crazy kids (not so much anymore) who moved states away from our home on a whim. Why? Why not, is what we thought! We started our married life together in a new state, new home and with new jobs. Oh yes, and I had acquired two new dogs with this gig! Not being what they call, "A Dog Lover", I dove in and became the biggest "Dog Lover" of them all! We started with 2 and now have 4!

Our dogs are our children, and they always will be. God has decided that we should not have children of our own; a mission we have struggled with and now accept. Our path in life is slowly evolving, but what we do know is that we trust in Him to show us the way. We trust in Him to give us blessings in any way He sees fit. Hence our wonderful family of furry children! They have blessed us in many ways! Now don't get me wrong, there are many struggles with raising furry children. But the joys out-weigh all the trying times.

So, if there is anyone out there who loves dogs, who struggles with infertility and needs an understanding shoulder, or who just wants to comment about our furry family, feel free!
